Prices
All prices are stated in either EUR, USD, or Norwegian kroner (NOK) regarding of the customers location and are shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT. The total cost of the purchase will be displayed before the order is placed and will include all costs associated with the purchase, such as postage, shipping, etc. US customers will have to pay importing fees and will receive an additional invoice from FedEx.

Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery
Order Processing
Each order is processed continuously and dispatched as quickly as capacity allows. Items in stock will always be shipped no later than 3 business days after the order has been received.
Delivery
Items are normally shipped within 3 business days after the order has been received. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be informed within 3 business days and provided with an updated estimated delivery time.
Shipping within Norway
Orders within Norway are shipped using Norway Post’s climate-compensated service package for NOK 159 per shipment. Packages can be collected at one of Norway Post’s pickup locations. You will be notified of your parcel’s arrival via SMS, email, and/or a pickup notice in your mailbox.
We also offer Norway Post’s home delivery service. The cost of this service will be calculated at checkout. 299,-. Packages are delivered to your door Monday–Friday between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. You will be notified when the package is on its way and contacted 30–60 minutes before delivery.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped with FedEx. Delivery time and shipping costs depend on the destination country. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Standard delivery time is usually 3–5 business days.
Payment
Payment is charged when the item is shipped to the customer.
Personal Data
Skijack processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information that can be linked to you as an individual will never be made available to other companies or connected with external registers.
Card Information
When shopping at Skijack, payments are processed by Klarna, a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard. All card information is stored in accordance with the regulations of the card providers.
Product Returns
Cancellation / Returns
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please contact us at contact@skijack.com and we will send you a completed return form with prepaid postage. You will be refunded the purchase amount, minus return shipping costs according to postal rates, within 14 days after we have received the returned item(s).
Complaints / Warranty Claims
If there is a defect with the product, you must notify Skijack in writing (by email or letter) within a reasonable time after discovering the issue if you wish to make a claim. Skijack will then provide further instructions on how to proceed. Rules regarding complaints and warranty claims are governed by the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the buyer receives the product. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must return the item in the same condition as it was received and include the completed withdrawal form (included with the shipment). You will then receive a refund for the amount paid. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please see the withdrawal form for detailed information.
If the buyer has not received the withdrawal form in writing on paper or another durable medium (e.g. email, CD, or DVD), the withdrawal period is extended to 3 months. The withdrawal form must be completed with Skijack’s information upon receipt. The right of withdrawal applies to consumer purchases only and does not apply to business-to-business sales.
Warranty
A product warranty of up to 2 years is provided for any defects or faults in the product.
