Development and sale of ski storage systems for ski equipment.


Prices are shown in either NOK, EURO or US dollars based on where customers are located. Prices are shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT. The total cost of the purchase will appear before the order and include all expenses associated with the purchase such as expenses for postage, shipping etc.

Sales and delivery terms

Processing of orders:
Each individual order is processed continuously and dispatched as quickly as capacity allows. The goods must always be kept in stock and sent no later than 3 working days after the order has been received.

Usually, the goods will be sent from us within 3 working days after the order has been received. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified of this within 3 working days with an expected new delivery time.


The shipment takes place using Posten’s Climate Neutral Service package at NOK 95 per shipment, and you collect the package at one of Posten’s delivery points. You are notified of the package’s arrival via SMS and/or e-mail or collection notice in the mailbox.

We also offer Posten’s home delivery service. The service costs NOK. NOK 129. The package is delivered to the door Monday-Friday between 17 and 21. You will be notified when the package is on its way, as well as called 30-60 minutes before Posten arrives at your home.

All international orders are sent with DHL Express from Norway. Depending on where you live in the world, the shipping will take approximately 2-4 days. Be ready for an SMS/text message or email from DHL to organize the delivery. You can choose between home delivery, deferred delivery and or delivery to your local collection point.



We require payment for the item from the time it is sent from us to the customer.

Skijack processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as a person will never be made available to other businesses or linked with other external registers.

Procedures for returning goods

If you wish to cancel the goods, contact us at and we will send you a completed return form with postage paid. You will then be reimbursed the purchase price minus our return costs according to the post office’s rates within 14 days after we have received the goods.

If there is a defect in the product, you must notify Skijack in writing (e-mail or letter) that you want to claim the defect within a reasonable time after you discover it. Skijack will then give you information on what to do next. The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act (Consumer Purchase Act).

Right of withdrawal
According to the Right of Cancellation Act, the cancellation period applies from the day the buyer received the item and 14 days thereafter. If you want to cancel the purchase, you return the item in the same condition as you received it and attach a completed right of cancellation form (which was enclosed in the shipment), you will then receive a refund of what you have paid. Buyer pays return postage. See additional information on the right of withdrawal form.

If the buyer has not received a right of withdrawal form in writing on paper or on another durable medium (e.g. e-mail, CD or DVD), the withdrawal period is extended to 3 months. The right of withdrawal form must be completed with Skijack’s information when the form is received. The right of withdrawal applies to consumer purchases, sales to companies are not covered by the Consumer Purchases Act.


A product warranty of up to 2 years is given for any errors or defects in the product.
